THE POWER OF MEDITATION TO OVERCOME YOUR FEARS AND CREATE A LIFE YOU LOVE

In this article, I propose to share my experience as a therapist on the topic of change: what are the blockages that prevent us from moving forward in our lives? What holds us back from deciding to change? What are we afraid of? What is the solution?

I’m a natural health practitioner and a quantum-healing hypnotherapist. The Dolores Cannon Academy trained me. If you are interested in the work of one of the world’s leading researchers in human metaphysics, please visit her website:

As a therapist, my passion is to help others regain the knowledge of who they really are. That is, extraordinary beings with limitless abilities. We live in a society that has made us forget who we truly are. Today, we’re reduced to the level of individuals deprived of their freedom, abundance, the joy of life, endless energy that should enlighten our lives, and our experiences at every moment. How did we get there?

Fear: our greatest enemy

Our society makes us afraid of everything. We’re always scared of losing something. We’re worried because we no longer have control. Over the years of consultation with my patients, I have realized that fear is the greatest obstacle in our intellectual, physical, and spiritual development. Fear represents an invisible barrier of the mind that blocks our personal and professional paths.

The solution to our problems: regain self-control

The human being is made up of a physical body and a spirit. Even if the part of the brain that is reasoning is visible, the consciousness (or the soul) is invisible. This is a whole and one doesn’t go without the other.
Plato summed it up very well:

As you ought not to attempt to cure the eyes without the head, or the head without the body, so neither ought you to attempt to cure the body without the soul.
Plato (The Dialogues of Plato)

Traditional Chinese medicine also understood it very well, and that is why its approach is holistic to find the causes (often of psychic origin) to cure physical ailments.

We don’t realize how much our bodies and lives can be affected by the quality of our thoughts. It is therefore on this last point that we must, first of all, act. When we put in place tools that help us keep control of our mind (our thoughts), it changes our mindset very quickly. It allows us to see things more clearly, to take a step back on people and events, to make decisions that improve our quality of life through our experiences and relationships. We might say that, when we have not regained control of ourselves, the mind acts like a jailer who locks us in our own prison.

It’s all about vibrations. When we talk about negative emotions and thoughts (fear, anger, anxiety, etc.), we refer to low vibration energies. On the other hand, positive thoughts generate energy from high vibrations. When we are full of anxiety or fear, we are dominated by our mental, and we can no longer reason properly because our mind is trapped and works in repetitive thought loops throughout the day.

To stop this unbearable process, it is necessary to be able to make mental emptiness ( a state without thought). A mental void is no other than a different vibratory state. In other words, when we hear that meditation allows relaxing, it is because, during this practice, the brain changes its vibratory frequency to access the alpha waves.

For your information, the human body works with four types of waves that alternate in the brain throughout the day:

-> Beta: wide awake

-> Alpha: state of relaxation

-> Theta: at the time of waking and going to sleep

-> Delta: asleep

The practice of meditation is none other than placing the brain in a range of waves allowing relaxation, and in particular mental void. It is also in this state that your consciousness (high vibrations) can then express itself, freeing you from the prison of the mind (low vibrations during negative thoughts). You have regained control of your mental by locking up the jailer!

With practice, you will soon notice that in similar situations, you will no longer react in the same way. Your negative emotions will gradually become rarer because you will have learned to recognize them when they manifest. Identifying them will free you from them if you wish. When you know how to make the mental relegated to its place, that is, a servant and not a master, you control your emotions and take a step back on the events and the people around you. You stop overreacting to anything. You are no longer on autopilot, and you begin to regain your power over your existence.

Meditation is powerful and efficient. It will serve you in your professional and personal life to keep your head “cool” in delicate moments. It will bring you wisdom so that you can make the right decisions calmly and with serenity.

For learning or deepening meditation, I recommend the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza. In my opinion, he has succeeded in simplifying complex concepts to make the practice of meditation affordable for everyone. You will find interesting and pragmatic books as well as audio-guided relaxations. Don’t hesitate to visit his website:

Don’t wait to practice meditation anytime, anywhere but every day! This tool will allow you to change your life to start living the life you want. You’ll regain freedom, and you’ll transform yourself. This transformation will enable you to realize your dreams.

Living the life you have always dreamed of is possible, and it can start today!
